CONTRACK PBL (pol. płyty betonowe łukowe) – prefabricated dedicated tram curves installed under suspended overhead lines, integrating the reinforced concrete crossing surface with the track system using a specialized polyurethane material for continuous, flexible rail fixing.
CONTRACK CAS prefabricated elements are dedicated for a specific curve – their maximum length is 6 meters.
CONTRACK PBL prefabricated elements are based on reinforced concrete slabs manufactured with the target dimensions and shapes according to the design and adapted to the local track and road system. Monolithic structures manufactured in a workshop environment streamline the logistics, construction and maintenance processes.
Customized prefabrication of crossings – reducing development time to 48–72 h.

Most importantly, the construction technology of reinforced concrete slabs and the rail ducting placed in them allows for trouble-free removal of the worn-out steel track system structure and its replacement with a new one, without damaging the structure of the slabs.
Fully customized production of the prefabricated curve allows to precisely design its shape, adapting as much as possible to the local road and track layout, as well as to equip it with the trackside systems required by the customer, including power supply installations (axle counters, lubricators, etc.).
For unusual track-road crossing arrangements, we use a reinforced concrete mix and individually designed reinforcement, taking into account the local characteristics. This allows to obtain the appropriate initial quality and durability of the prefabricated element, which, combined with the capability of replacing all elements embedded in the PBL (e.g. lubricators) at any stage of operation, allows for many years of use, exerting virtually no influence on the users of the crossing.
CONTRACK PBL technology covers dedicated track curves located in key locations for both tram and vehicle traffic. Location at such spots means significant negative impact exerted by any repairs and upgrades on both traffic participants and tram passengers. Our prefabrication, logistics, rapid installation and repair technology works best in such places.
