All elements of the insert are connected with each other in two stages: by means of a mechanical connection (steel anchors) and a chemical connection (appropriately selected anchoring material).

Then, the inter-system insert assembled in this way is integrated with the steel part of the track using polyurethane material for continuous, flexible rail fixing.

In addition, the inter-system insert can be an element that divides the track into pre-determined maintenance zones, thus allowing to conduct track works in stages, i.e. without having to close the entire track section.

Thanks to the unique simplicity of this solution, its assembly and disassembly is quick and uncomplicated, allowing access to the adjacent route sections or turnout slabs.

In order to allow adequate access and comfortable work for the welding team, the length of our inter-system insert is at least 1 m.
