CONTRACK at TRAKO 2025

CONTRACK will once again be present at the largest railway industry trade fair in Poland – TRAKO 2025 in Gdańsk, taking place on September 23–26, 2025.

Prefabricated Crossings – Proven in Practice

The Contrack technology is a unique solution that combines a steel track structure with prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs and resilient rail fastenings. This allows tracks to be laid quickly and precisely – almost like “building blocks.”

This technology has been tested under demanding urban conditions – for example, during the reconstruction of Plac Zawiszy in Warsaw, one of the busiest tram hubs in the capital. The use of prefabricated modules there made it possible to:

• reduce disruption time threefold – from the typical 3 months down to just 5 weeks,

• ensure high quality and durability through customized design,

• guarantee double quality control: a) by verifying the geometry of each slab after production, b) by performing a trial assembly of slabs from the entire project stage.
