CONTRACK after InnoTrans 2026 – World Premiere and Four Days of Meetings
InnoTrans 2026 is already behind us. Four intensive days in Berlin were a special experience for us for several reasons. It was our first international trade fair, our first large-scale presentation of the technology outside Poland and, at the same time, the world premiere of CONTRACK technology on the international trade fair stage.
Preparations for this event took a long time. We wanted our first international exhibition to present CONTRACK technology at its very best. Our goal was not only to showcase the technology itself, but also the comprehensive solutions that can be applied across different areas of infrastructure.
There was therefore a lot of work, preparation and, naturally, some stress involved. Our first international trade fair, an international audience, five large-scale exhibits and the awareness that we were presenting CONTRACK to such a broad audience for the first time.
Today, however, we can say one thing: it was worth it.
Four days on the international stage
For us, InnoTrans 2026 was above all a time of meetings and conversations. Berlin welcomed us with changeable weather. There was sunshine and there was rain. One thing, however, remained unchanged: regardless of the weather, we were at our stand and ready to welcome our visitors.
Over the four days, we met representatives of the railway, tramway and infrastructure sectors, contractors, designers, business partners, as well as professionals interested in new technologies and their potential applications.
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit us, stop by our exhibition, speak with our team and learn more about CONTRACK technology. Every meeting, question and conversation was important to us.
Our stand was also one of the stops on the official innovation tours organised by the trade fair each day. As part of this special tour, participants visited just 10 selected stands showcasing new and newly launched solutions. We are pleased that CONTRACK was among them.
Five large-scale exhibits
One of the biggest challenges, but also one of the most important elements of our presence in Berlin, was preparing an exhibition featuring as many as five real-world exhibits.
We did not want to limit ourselves to presenting the technology on screens or information boards. It was important to us that visitors could see the actual solutions, examine their construction and discuss their applications with our team.
At our stand, we presented:
-
a turnout slab in CONTRACK technology, based on VDV standards,
-
a turnout slab with a green surface and paving stone finish,
-
a prefabricated 60E1 crossing slab,
-
a prefabricated S100 crane track slab,
-
a prefabricated slab with an equalising device.
More information about the five exhibits we brought to Berlin and the solutions presented during InnoTrans 2026 can be found in our dedicated article:

Stronger together
The first international presentation of CONTRACK also took place in cooperation with KZN BahnTechnik. The joint presence of both companies made it possible to combine the presentation of CONTRACK technology with KZN BahnTechnik's expertise and experience on the German market.
InnoTrans was also an excellent opportunity for direct discussions with industry representatives from Germany as well as from other European and international markets.
The trade fair was also an important milestone in the cooperation between CONTRACK and SIKA.
CONTRACK powered by SIKA combines CONTRACK's prefabricated element technology with SIKA's material solutions, creating an integrated track-road surface. Combining these technologies and areas of expertise makes it possible to develop solutions adapted to track geometry, the specific conditions of a given project and requirements concerning construction time and subsequent operation.
Our joint presence at the trade fair was therefore more than simply sharing a stand. It was an opportunity to demonstrate how technological cooperation can translate into a complete infrastructure solution.
Representatives of APCOM were also present at our stand with the RBX4 MIXER machine, which is used when applying SIKA materials.
From pre-show nerves to post-show pride
Before InnoTrans began, there was certainly a lot of excitement and anticipation. A first international trade fair is always a challenge. In our case, this was further intensified by the task of preparing such a large exhibition and presenting five real-world exhibits.
There was a great deal of responsibility in every detail: wondering whether everything would be ready on time, whether the exhibition would meet our expectations and, above all, how it would be received by the international industry.
Now that the trade fair has come to an end, we can proudly say that the world premiere of CONTRACK was a great success.
What gives us the greatest satisfaction is not simply our presence in Berlin, but above all the reactions of the people who visited our stand. The interest in the technology, the numerous questions, the discussions about specific applications and the interest in our exhibits showed us that taking this step was worthwhile.
