At CONTRACK, we knew from the outset that innovation must go hand in hand with experience. Our technology arose from a technological debate and the exchange of experiences and expectations among designers, managers, clients, and specialists in various infrastructure-related fields. Our development is based on cooperation with Sika Poland, a solid global leader in construction chemicals and a provider of proven infrastructure solutions.

Every element of CONTRACK technology is created through a dialogue between design, prefabrication, material selection, and construction. It's a living and scalable technology—although we started with a tram turnout, CONTRACK allows us to develop solutions for subsequent infrastructure segments. We systematically deliver new solutions and expand our capabilities. This is possible thanks to our strong, direct technological collaboration with SIKA Poland.

Thanks to close collaboration, we are able to not only develop new solutions faster but, above all, select proven material technologies for them. Instead of starting from scratch, we build on the foundation of experience from projects implemented around the world.

Common achievements

SIKA products are one of the key components of CONTRACK technology, contributing to the reduction of installation time for rail-road infrastructure. The technological partnership between CONTRACK and SIKA has enabled, among others:

• a significant acceleration of the installation of the entire turnout junction at Plac Zawiszy in Warsaw: as many as 121 large-format prefabricated slabs with a total area of 1,600 m² installed in just 5 weeks;

• the implementation of a rapid-track reconstruction system, combining advanced technology with optimized logistics;

• regular interdisciplinary meetings of specialists working on new solutions for responsible, cost-efficient, and modern transport;

• numerous CONTRACK technology projects delivered.
