The CONTRACK levelling device plate is designed to operate in places where the track is subject to natural length changes resulting from temperature and operational loads.
Instead of solving this problem solely at the assembly stage, this element is prepared as part of a system that allows these phenomena to be controlled in a predictable and sustainable manner.
This is particularly important in modern track systems, where the stability and continuity of infrastructure operation are crucial.

Dedicated design
The prefabricated slab combines a reinforced concrete structure with an integrated compensation device, enabling controlled compensation of track displacements:
- prepared for installation in the track system
- enables compensation for elongations
- adaptation to the conditions of a specific investment
The design ensures the stability of the track while maintaining its necessary "operation" during operation.
The dimensions depend on the compensating device used, in particular the displacement value of the basic elements (working range) and the design requirements.
The leveling devices are mounted in the slab's rail channels using leveling washers, allowing them to be aligned with the designed grade line. The slabs are standardly designed for tracks with a typical rail spacing of 1435 mm and 1000 mm, and their minimum width is 2200 mm. Other track spacings are also available.
