Large-size tram arches
CONTRACK prefabricated tram arches are ready-made track elements prepared under controlled production conditions, delivered to the investment site as a coherent system for integration.
Unlike traditional methods, where the arch geometry is shaped directly on site, here the key parameters are reproduced with high accuracy already at the production stage.
This is particularly important in curves, where even small deviations affect driving comfort, infrastructure wear and maintenance costs.

CONTRACK prefabricated arches are based on reinforced concrete slabs adapted
to the specific track geometry and integrated with the track system.
The design eliminates randomness and enables:
- production of prefabricated elements reflecting the exact course of the arch
- precise mounting of rails and fastening elements
- adaptation to different arc radii and local conditions

- use of lubricators in accordance with design assumptions
- compatibility with the prefabrication technology system throughout the entire section
- adapted to the arch - the maximum length of the plate is 6 m.
