About the product
The CONTRACK prefabricated tram crossing is a ready-made construction system in which the track and surface elements are prepared in advance in controlled production conditions and then delivered to the investment site for quick integration.
Unlike traditional methods, where the crossing is constructed in stages on site, here the key elements are pre-engineered and fitted as a whole. The reinforced structure accommodates intensive use, including heavy vehicular traffic.
Design
Prefabricated CONTRACK crossings are manufactured in the dimensions and shapes specified in the design, adapted to the local track and road system. Advanced construction with traditional, hybrid, or composite reinforcement and a carefully formulated concrete mix ensure the durability of the monolithic structure, even under heavy use.
The entire system is designed as a coherent infrastructure element that eliminates problematic interfaces between different technologies.
